Thank you for supporting Painted Pine Co. Every piece we create is thoughtfully designed, handcrafted, and personalized with care. Because many of our items are custom made just for you, please review our policies below before placing your order.

Custom Orders & Personalization

Each Painted Pine Co. item is created individually, making every piece unique.

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. Names, dates, addresses, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and wording will be created exactly as entered at checkout.

If you have a special request, please include details in the notes section at checkout or contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to create something that fits your vision.

Once a custom or personalized order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our products are handmade using natural materials, and small variations are part of what makes each piece special.

Wood grain, knots, texture, markings, engraving color/depth, and stain absorption will vary from piece to piece. No two items will ever be exactly alike.

Paint and stain colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and the natural characteristics of the material.

These variations are not considered defects but part of the charm of owning a handmade item.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

If we made an error with your order or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

Customer errors, including misspellings or incorrect personalization submitted at checkout, are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to love your Painted Pine Co. creation.

Processing Times

Each item is made to order with care. Processing times may vary depending on the item, customization details, and current order volume.

Most orders are completed within approximately 7-14 business days.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Information

Shipping is available on select Painted Pine Co. products.

Shipping times are in addition to production times and may vary depending on the carrier.

Once your package has been shipped, Painted Pine Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Hudson, MA and Northborough, MA.

You will receive pickup information once your order is complete and ready.
